Mối liên quan giữa một số yếu tố cá nhân với tuân thủ điều trị ARV ở bệnh nhân HIV/AIDS tại các nước thu nhập trung bình: phân tích gộp (meta – analysis)

*Thông tin chung: Tuân thủ điều trị ARV là yếu tố quan trọng để đánh giá thành công trong điều trị HIV/AIDS. Phân tích gộp được thực hiện nhằm xác định tỷ lệ tuân thủ điều trị ARV và mối liên quan với giới tính và tình trạng sống cùng vợ/chồng/bạn tình của bệnh nhân HIV/AIDS tại các nước thu nhập trung bình
*Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu đã tìm kiếm và trích xuất thông tin từ nghiên cứu gốc đề cập đến các yếu tố giới tính và tình trạng sống chung với vợ/chồng/bạn tình lên biến số đầu ra chính là tuân thủ điều trị ARV giai đoạn 2010 – 2019. Mô hình ảnh hưởng ngẫu nhiên được dùng trong phân tích, các giá trị tỷ số chênh cùng khoảng tin cậy 95% được báo cáo.
*Kết quả: Có 44 nghiên cứu được đưa vào phân tích. Tỷ lệ tuân thủ điều trị ARV của bệnh nhân HIV ở các nước thu nhập trung bình là 67,9% (CI95%: 63,0%-72,8%). Bệnh nhân sống cùng vợ/ chồng/ bạn tình có khả năng tuân thủ điều trị ARV cao gấp 1,15 lần (OR: 1,15; CI95%: 1,07-1,25) bệnh nhân không sống cùng vợ/ chồng/ bạn tình. Không có mối liên quan giữa giới tính và tuân thủ điều trị ARV (OR:0,97 ; CI95%:0,91-1,04).
*Kết luận: Cần có lưu ý hỗ trợ khi điều trị cho bệnh nhân HIV, đặc biệt cần dành thời gian tư vấn, giải thích, và cung cấp các thông tin kỹ hơn cho các bệnh nhân không sống cùng vợ/chồng/bạn tình.Từ khóa
