Mô hình sàng lọc rối loạn phát triển và tự kỷ trực tuyến dành cho trẻ từ 9 đến 48 tháng tuổi

Tự kỷ hiện đang được coi là một vấn đề y tế công cộng mới nổi toàn cầu. Việc phát hiện sớm tự kỷ sẽ giúp cho quá trình can thiệp sớm tốt hơn, từ đó giúp tối đa tiềm năng phát triển của trẻ. Trong bối cảnh Việt Nam còn thiếu các công cụ để có thể sàng lọc phát hiện sớm các rối loạn phát triển và tự kỷ, Trung tâm Sáng kiến Sức khỏe và Dân số đã ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong lĩnh vực y tế để phát triển website a365.vn nhằm sàng lọc phát hiện sớm nguy cơ chậm phát triển và tự kỷ cho trẻ trong độ tuổi từ 9 đến 48 tháng. Kết quả sau gần 2 năm triển khai trang web cho thấy có 7,618 bài sàng lọc nguy cơ phát triển và tự kỷ đã được thực hiện thông qua trang web này. 59 trong số 63 tỉnh thành của Việt Nam có người sử dụng a365.vn để sàng lọc cho trẻ. Những kết quả bước đầu cho thấy mô hình sàng lọc trực tuyến là một giải pháp có tính khả thi và kinh tế nhằm phát hiện sớm rối loạn phát triển và rối loạn phổ tự kỷ ở Việt Nam, và giúp trẻ tiếp cận được sớm các dịch vụ can thiệp.
